I watched an amazing sermon about raising pillars in our lives as examples, testimonies of how God has moved. Not only in our lives, but in the people we know and love. In the circumstances in the communities around us. In our nation. In the entire world.
Scriptures tell us in Revelation 12:10-11, “And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, ‘Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them day and night before our God. And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death.’”
The accuser, Satan, is more and more active. That can be seen as something positive because the more active Christ’s believers are, the more active Satan becomes. He knows his time is limited, and his desire is to steal from God everyone he can in the time he has left.
But Jesus’ death, and the believers’ testimonies of the goodness of God in all areas of life, are what bring the accusers that Satan sends down.
The world today is full of all kinds of works of the accusers. But we can, and we must, stand fast in our faith, diligently seek God, and know the words he’s given us as our tools against the enemy.
This site was set up to share my testimony and the testimony of others who want to raise pillars as reminders and build a foundation for those who hear and follow our path with God.
Remember always, God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
God loves everyone. Not everyone loves him back. I ask myself, what can I do to introduce those people to God so they can know him and love him?
Blessings, my friends. – Vicki
