I’ve just finished writing a long novel that was a struggle to complete. I almost gave up on it, but went back and did some rewriting, and went ahead and submitted it today.

I’m not sure how long the novel writing will continue. I’ll keep plugging away at it as long as I can. It’s good for the mind, keeps me from getting bored, and although the arthritis in the hands sometimes makes typing a challenge, making repeated proofreading a sometimes frustrating reality, I’ll adapt.

As far as the blog, I’m honestly not sure if in the future it will be anything more than a simple communication tool. At least for a while. My faith writing seems to need a rebooting process, because when I sit down to write a blog, the words just don’t come. So I need to get back to basics in my own studies for some refreshing.

So, for now, I will change the website’s look and name to reflect the changes in the writing. The two domains that will connect you to the site will remain. vewhitlock.com and whitve.org
